Answer: All products are shipped from China. 

Your products will be shipped within 2-3 days of your order.  Then they will take 5-12 days to reach your doorstep via [DHL/USPS, etc.] (tracking available at "My Account").

If there’s a delay due to customs or weather, we’ll email you with updates and a special gift as an apology.

 

3. What if I want to return or exchange an item?

Answer: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned/exchanged.

For defective items (even if used), we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the return. Start the process in "My Account" or contact our support team—no complicated forms required.

Answer: If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), we’ll reship your order for free or issue a full refund within 48 hours. For damaged items, send photos to [email protected], and we’ll send a replacement immediately—no need to return the damaged one. We take full responsibility for getting your order to you in perfect condition.

Answer: Replicas have different quality levels with varying prices. We have provided detailed explanations on the homepage, and also offer selection buttons on the product purchase pages.

All our products are sourced directly from verified manufacturers and undergo quality checks before shipping. We provide high-resolution photos and detailed specs to avoid surprises.
